Audi 4,2007 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,April 4.2007 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> Council Member Hatice presiding.Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson,Council Members Roberts,Hatice,Nielsen,Gipson,and <br /> Overstreet were present Council Members Olson and Stonecipher were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Nielsen led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 28,2007 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts and Gipson wished Council Member Hatice a • <br /> Happy Birthday today. <br /> Council Member Nielsen reported that he attended a meeting involving <br /> public works dealing with emergency management issues.The exercise <br /> was very successful. <br /> PORT UPDATE <br /> Council Member Ratios introduced John Mohr,Director of the Port of <br /> Everett,who gave an update receding the Port's activities and projects. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Ned Johnston,City Attomey,requested an executive session regarding <br /> two ligation matters to last approximately twenty minutes at the <br /> conclusion of the city council meeting with no announcement <br /> 107 <br />
