October 8,2008 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was celled to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,October 8,2008,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Nielsen presiding.Upon roll cell it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberta,Hatloe,Olson,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher and Affhoiter were present. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 1.2008 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Ha0oe introduced a time sensitive amendment to an <br /> agreement with Artepa.Projects,Inc. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—EVERETT REGIONAI ARTS <br /> CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member'Wipe,seconded by Councilmember <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the second amendment to <br /> the agreement to negotiate exclusively with Artspace Projects,Inc. <br /> Council Member Roberts disclosed that he is involved in the capital <br /> campaign for art space.There were no objections to his participation. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported that he attended the Greening <br /> Snohomish County Energy Fair and participated in a test ride of the <br /> Sounder's central link. <br /> 332 <br />
