December 30,2009 <br /> A special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> am.,December 30,2009,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall,Vice President Affhoker presiding. Upon roll call it was found <br /> that Council Members Roberts,Olson,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher and <br /> Affnofer were present. Mayor Stephenson and Council Member Ha0oe <br /> were excused. <br /> Council Member Olson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 23,2009 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Deputy Chief Lineberry introduced Ryan Crawford,a new police officer. <br /> OATH <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to concur with the appointment of Ryan Crawford as a new <br /> police officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hellon who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered his oath of office and Council Vice <br /> President Atfhoker presented him with his badge. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Count Member Gipson thanked the Everett Fire Department for safely <br /> delivering Santa Claus to the Women's Refuge Center. <br /> 387 <br />
