September 15,2010 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,September 15,2010 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall,President Roberta presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson,Council Members Roberts,Moore,Halite,Gipson, <br /> Stonecipher and Affholter were present. Council Member Nielsen was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Affbaker led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 8,2010 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Roberts abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Council Member Moore commended the Everett Fire Department and <br /> paramedics for their professionalism in handling an emergency situation <br /> during a basketball game on Friday evening. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jeanine Morgan,Gold Bar,introduced herself as the new Pre-Teen Miss <br /> Washington 2010.She stated that one of her duties is to donate books <br /> and beam to the charities of her choice,Snohomish County Fire District <br /> NC 28 Save Babies Save Moms Program and the Sultan Volunteers of <br /> America. She expressed a desire to speak to each of the council <br /> members. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA <br /> Authorize the Meyer fo sign Amendment No.1 to the professional <br /> services agreement with Stay,Inc.to provide engineering study <br /> 260 <br />
