May4.2011 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,May 4,2011 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Afiholter presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts.Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher <br /> and Aflholter were present Council Members Moore and Hague were <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Gipson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 27,2011 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to concur with the appointment of Nick Blake as a new • <br /> police officer. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Hattie who were excused. • <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered his oath of office and Mayor <br /> r..
