July 6,2011 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was celled to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m..July 6.2011 In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> Council(resident Affholter presiding. Upon roll cell it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> and Affholter were present Council Members Moore.Ham and Gipson <br /> were excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the June 29,2011 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Council Member Aflhoker abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson thanked staff for a greet 4"of July. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Nielsen stated that he attended the groundbreaking of <br /> the new pavilion for the Imagine Children's Museum today along with <br /> Mayor Stephenson and Council Member Roberts. <br /> Council Members Roberts and Stonecipher commended staff on the great <br /> 4.of July events. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that he has received several concerns <br /> regarding fireworks enforcement. He requested Information on how the- <br /> enforcement process works. CM Bryant responded that she would <br /> provide the council members with the requested information. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comment <br /> 196 <br />
