ORDINANCE NO, 4006 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br />Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of <br />Everett, also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040 entitled: <br />"An Ordinance regulating and restricting the <br />location and use of building and land within <br />the City of Everett; limiting the height of <br />buildings; prescribing building lines and size <br />of yard and other open spaces; providing for <br />the division of the City into use zones; creating <br />a Board of Adjustments; and providing for penalties <br />for violation of the Ordinance." <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Everett, has determined that the area hereinafter described should. <br />be rezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Compre- <br />hensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett' <br />does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forthare for <br />the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the <br />Comprehensive Plan for Land Use for the City. <br />Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br />also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as established <br />by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City <br />Code 15.04.040 is hereby amended as follows: <br />Lots 17 through 32, Block 791., Plat of Everett <br />Division A (West side Wetmore Avenue from 33rd <br />to 34th Street), <br />be rezoned from R--2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to <br />R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone <br />L ots 7 through 111 Block 9; Lots 7 through 11 and <br />L ots 22 through 261 Block 10; Lots 7 through 11 <br />and Lots 22 through 261 Block 11; Lots 22 through <br />26, Block 12; all in Climax Land Company's First <br />Addition; also, Lots 12 through 16, Block 9; Lots <br />11 through 15 and Lots 17 through 22, Block 10; <br />L ots 11 through 22, Block 11; Lots 17 through 22, <br />Block 12; all in the Plat of South Park Addition <br />be rezoned from R-2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to <br />B-2 Community Business Zone <br />L ots 1 through 6, Block 9; Lots 1 through 6 and <br />L ots 27 through 32, Block 10; Lots 1 through 6 <br />and Lots 27 through 32, Block 11; Lots 27 through <br />32, Block 12; all in Climax Land Company's First <br />Addition to Everett <br />be rezoned from Rn2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to <br />R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone. <br />
