ORDINANCE NO, 4006 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett, also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040 entitled: "An Ordinance regulating and restricting the location and use of building and land within the City of Everett; limiting the height of buildings; prescribing building lines and size of yard and other open spaces; providing for the division of the City into use zones; creating a Board of Adjustments; and providing for penalties for violation of the Ordinance." WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that the area hereinafter described should. be rezoned and such rezoning will be in harmony with the Compre- hensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett' does hereby find that the changes hereinafter set forthare for the best interests of the City of Everett and in harmony with the Comprehensive Plan for Land Use for the City. Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, also designated as "use map" of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, also known as Everett City Code 15.04.040 is hereby amended as follows: Lots 17 through 32, Block 791., Plat of Everett Division A (West side Wetmore Avenue from 33rd to 34th Street), be rezoned from R--2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone L ots 7 through 111 Block 9; Lots 7 through 11 and L ots 22 through 261 Block 10; Lots 7 through 11 and Lots 22 through 261 Block 11; Lots 22 through 26, Block 12; all in Climax Land Company's First Addition; also, Lots 12 through 16, Block 9; Lots 11 through 15 and Lots 17 through 22, Block 10; L ots 11 through 22, Block 11; Lots 17 through 22, Block 12; all in the Plat of South Park Addition be rezoned from R-2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to B-2 Community Business Zone L ots 1 through 6, Block 9; Lots 1 through 6 and L ots 27 through 32, Block 10; Lots 1 through 6 and Lots 27 through 32, Block 11; Lots 27 through 32, Block 12; all in Climax Land Company's First Addition to Everett be rezoned from Rn2 Single Family High Density Residence Zone to R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone.
