DUNS Number 117053147 7. Title of Program being Funded: Everett CARES Round 2 Small Business Grant 8. Time of Performance: Beginning: August 1,2020 Ending: July 31,2021 9. Amount of Agreement/Grant Award: $10,000.00 10. This Agreement/grant award and the rights and obligations of both parties hereto shall be subject to and governed by the following, incorporated by reference herein as is fully set forth: (1) Grant Budget attached hereto or Exhibit"A" (2) Expense Reporting Form attached hereto or Exhibit"B" The City has funds available,authorized by the City Council for helping businesses respond to the negative economic impact of the Coronavirus; and The Business has applied for assistance from the Everett CARES Round 2 Small Business Grant Program and relying on the information provided by the Business,the City has determined that Business is a small business at risk of long-term business injury or closure as a result of the Coronavirus; and The Business wishes to receive a grant from the City in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars($10,000)to be used as working capital to retain jobs,to expand commerce,and to off-set the negative impact of the coronavirus on its business; and The City has analyzed evidence provided by the Business that there is no duplication of benefits from other sources of federal funds,such as SBA Paycheck Protection. NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the foregoing Recitals and the covenants,conditions, representations and warranties contained herein,the parties hereto agree as follows: THE GRANT A. Eligibility The Grantee shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances,codes, regulations, and policies of local,state,and federal governments,as now or hereafter amended All funds provided under this Agreement must be used for to reimburse the costs of business interruption caused by required closures. Grantee must ensure the funds are used specifically for COVID related impacts. 1
