ORDINANCE NO. 3752 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF: FIFTY-SECOND STREET from Fleming Street westerly for approximately 833 feet to the end of 52nd St. in Plat of Fairview Heights Div. No. 2. CROWN AVENUE from 52nd St. to 56th. St. FAIRVIEW AVENUE from Crown Ave. to 56th St. FIFTY-SIXTH STREET from Crown Ave. easterly for approximately 122 ft. BY THE INSTALLATION OF LATERAL SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH THE NECESSARY APPURTENANCES AND DOING SUCH OTHER WORK AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLANS TO BE PREPARED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID IMPROVEMENT OUT OF THE SEWER REVENUE FUND OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, and PROVIDING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF SAID FUND. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1 : That an improvement be made of: FIFTY-SECOND STREET from Fleming Street westerly for approximately 833 feet to the end of 52nd St. in Plat of Fairview Heights Div. No. 2. CROWN AVENUE From 52nd St. to 56th St. FAIRVIEW AVENUE from Crown Ave. to 56th St. FIFTY-SIXTH STREET from Crown Ave. easterly for approximately 122 ft. by the installation of lateral sewers, together with necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer. SECTION 2 : That the cost and expense of the improve- ment shall be paid out of the Sewer Revenue Fund of the City of Everett. SECTION 3: That the users of said sewer shall be charged for the privilege of connecting to said sewer such charges as are set forth in Ordinance No. 3731.
