STANDARD LICENSE TO USE CITY PROPERTY EVERETT <br /> This Standard License to Use City Property ("License") is made as of the Effective Date in <br /> Part A below and is between the City of Everett,a Washington municipal corporation ("the City"), <br /> and the person identified as Licensee in Part A below ("Licensee"). In consideration of the <br /> covenants, terms and conditions set forth below, and for good and valuable consideration, the <br /> receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,the City and Licensee agree as follows: <br /> A. SPECIFIC LICENSE PROVISIONS. <br /> The following definitions and provisions apply and are part of this License: <br /> Licensee American Red Cross I Northwest Washington Chapter <br /> Effective Date February 1, 2022 <br /> Term One year; 30 days written notice of cancellation allowed by either party. <br /> Licensed Two outdoor parking stalls at the City of Everett Fire Station Number 5 <br /> Property (1600 Madison St. Everett, WA 98203). Specific location of parking stalls <br /> as may be assigned by the City of Everett Fire Chief, or his designee, from <br /> time-to-time. <br /> Rent So long as the Licensed Property is used for the Approved Use (as defined <br /> below), no rent is required for the Property. However, the Licensee shall be <br /> responsible to pay any Washington State Leasehold Tax that may result <br /> due to Licensee's use of the Property. <br /> Approved Use Parking for two ERV's (Emergency Response Vehicles) <br /> City Notice Real Property Manager <br /> Address City of Everett <br /> 3200 Cedar Street <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Licensee Notice At the Licensed Property, with a copy to: <br /> Address American Red Cross I Northwest Washington Chapter <br /> 2530 Lombard Avenue <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Attn.: Jamie K.
