• • 4. ••• ORDINANCE NO. 3701 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 650 for the improvement of: EIGHTEENTH ST. FROM BROADWAY TO McDOUGALL AVE. by paving the same with a forty foot portland cement concrete pavement and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and driveways where necessary, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by providing the necessary surface drainage and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6064 of the City of Everett; all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3685 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts andparcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 650 for the improvement of: EIGHTEENTH ST. FROM BROADWAY TO McDOUGALL AVE. by paving the same with a forty foot portland cement concrete pavement and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and driveways where necessary, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by providing the necessary surface drainage and by doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6064 of the City of Everett, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3685 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3: That the 20th day of February 1959 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds requir- ed to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
