a <br /> r f" <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3524 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 634 for the <br /> improvement of: <br /> McDOUGALL AVE. from Fifteenth Street <br /> to Sixteenth Street <br /> by the installation of a 611 water main and appurtenances and doing <br /> 1 such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, <br /> all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, and all in <br /> accordance with Ordinance No. 3486 of the City of Everett, levying <br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts <br /> and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, pro- <br /> viding for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of <br /> issue thereof. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and the assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 634 for the improvement of: <br /> McDOUGALL AVE. from Fifteenth Street <br /> to Sixteenth Street <br /> by the installation of a 6" water main and appurtenances and doing <br /> such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all <br /> in accordance with a majority petition therefor, and all in accord- <br /> ance with Ordinance No. 3486 of the City of Everett, as the same <br /> now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and <br /> confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same. <br /> Section 3: That the 10th day of November , 1955, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to <br /> be issued on account of such improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and ; <br /> parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may <br /> be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first <br /> publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed <br /> in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the Oi ty of Everett may sell said bonds and <br /> make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of <br /> the said City. <br /> z � <br /> Mayor <br /> Atte t: <br /> City erk : <br /> Passed: Sept. 13, 1955 <br /> Published: Sept. 14, 1955 <br /> ti <br />
