f�f <br /> ♦. <br /> pd <br /> Y F <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3205 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance ivo. 2730 entitled: <br /> "An Ordinance relating to the public health and <br /> providing for the inspection of animal meats <br /> intended for human consumption, regulating and <br /> licensing the preparation, handling and sale of <br /> such meats, defining offenses, and prescribing <br /> penalties for the violation thereof." <br /> by adding thereto Section 3a. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DUES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That there is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> No. 2730, Section 3a to read as follows: <br /> Section 3a: It shall be unlawful to offer for <br /> sale and/or sell any uncooked meats at retail on the <br /> first day of the week commonly known as Sunday and on <br /> legal holidays. It shall be unlawful to offer for sale <br /> and/or sell any uncooked meats at retail prim' to 9:00 <br /> A.M. or after 6:00 P.M. during the remaining days of the <br /> week.
