EVERETT WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 3875-22 An ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Everett Main Library HVAC Replacement Project", Fund 342, Program 034,to accumulate project costs. WHEREAS, A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain City facilities. B. The City Council has recognized the need to replace the HVAC system at the Everett Main Library located at 2702 Hoyt Avenue. NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. A special improvement project fund is hereby entitled "Everett Main Library HVAC Replacement Project", Fund 342, Program 034. Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Department Director under the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. Section 3. The estimated cost of the investment grade audit is $88,000.00. Section 4. The sum of$88,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 034, "Everett Main Library HVAC Replacement Project". A. Use of Funds Investment Grade Audit $88,000 Total $88,000 B. Source of Funds CIP 1 $88,000 Total $88,000 C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation.
