This Amendment amends the <br /> Technology Research Funding Agreement for Project #5135 titled "Nitrogen Reduction <br /> Solutions for Ocean Discharges" (the "Agreement"), originally entered into by and between <br /> WRF and Everett on August 10,2021. <br /> The Agreement is amended solely to the extent expressly set forth below.
