- ► • <br /> ORDINANCE Nu. 3145 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE fixing the amount of bonds to be given by certain <br /> officials of the City of Everett for the faithful performance of <br /> their duties, repealing Ordinance No. 3038 of the City of Everett, <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DUES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That each of the following officers or employees <br /> of the City of t.verett is hereby required to give bond to the City <br /> of Everett) condition that he shall pay over all funds received by <br /> him or by anyone under his direction, and shall faithfully perform <br /> his duty. The amount of bond for each officer shall be as follows : <br /> City Treasurer $50,000.00 <br /> Deputy City Treasurer 5,000.00 <br /> Assnt. Deputy City Treas. 5,000.00 <br /> Clerk-Stenographer , <br /> Treasurer 's Office 2,000.00 <br /> Cashier of Water Depar Lii'ent 1,000.00 <br /> Assnt.
