<br /> Uniform Building Uode , 1946 edition, of the Pacific Coast Building
<br /> Officials Conference, providing penalties for the violation thereof , l .
<br /> ' and repealing Ordinance 7o. 2726, and all other ordinances and Parts
<br /> of ordinances in conflict herewith, end declaring en emergency.

<br /> 1 Section 1 : The 1946 edition of the Uniform Building
<br /> ' Code , as prepared by the Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference , r
<br /> otherwise known as the 1946 edition of the Pacific Coast Conference
<br /> Uniform Building Code , except Section 203 , Chapter 2 , is hereby
<br /> adopted as the building code and ordinance of the City of Everett,
<br /> (there being three (3) conies of said building code on file with
<br /> the City Clerk of the City of verett) and such code bz,% rei ence
<br /> is hereby made a part of this ordinance as though fully set forth
<br /> ! herein.
<br /> ) Section 2 : _any Person desiri-ne: a build: rig permit for
<br /> Ithe ccnstru.cti-on_, alteration or addition to any building within
<br /> j the City of Everett shall, at the tine of filing an application
<br /> I therefor, Es Provided in said Uniform Building Code , referred to in
<br /> t Section 1 of t -is ordinance , pay to the City of Everett , a fee as
<br /> required in this Section.

<br /> { repair work upon any building, the same as for other construction

<br /> 1; account of all fees collected and received under said code and give
<br /> the name of persons upon whose account the sane is paid , the dote
<br /> end amount thereof, to<-ether with the location of the building or
<br /> prer..ises to which they relate .
