THE CITY OF = iTT DO.:S ORDhIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 564 for the improvement of Federal .venue from Fortieth Street to Forty-first Street, by the construction of an eight-inch sewer and .its necessary appurtenances, and doing all work necessary to rake a complete improvement , un` er Ordinance DD. 3032 of the City of Everett , as the mrhe now stands , be , and the sane is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : lhi,t each of the lo- s , tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same , and that the assessment epee ring e a."_nst the same is in proportion to the assessment appearing upon sail roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot , tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charred against the same . Section 3: That the 31st day of March , 1947 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said jmprovement .
