• • • • ORDINANCE NO. 3107. • AN ORDINANCEE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 565 for the improvement of Bake- Avenue from 16th Street to the North property line of 15th Street by paving with Portland cement concrete pavement, including as a part of such work the installation of all needed surface drainage ; construction or reconstruction of all sewers , side sewers, water mains and hydrants with the necessary appurtenances; construction or reconstruction of all concrete curbs end sidewalks where necessary; grading or regrading as may be necessary; and doing all other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement , unaer Ordinance No. 3082 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue therof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and, assessment roil of Local Improvement District No. 565 for the improvement of Baker Avenue from 16th Street to the iorth property line of 15th Street by paving with Portland cement concrete pavement , including as a part of such' work the installation of all needed surface drainage ; construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with the necessary appurtenances; construction or reconstruction of all concrete curbs and sidewalks where neces- j sary; grading or regrading as may be necessary; and doing all other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement , under Ordinance No. 3082 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all t_ ings approved land confirmed . Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as sown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same , and that the same is in pro_ortinn to the assessment ap- pearing upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment, • against said lot , tract and parcel of land, or other property appear-1 ing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3: That the 15th day of March , 1947 ,. • is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement .
