No. 3055 of the City of lveret ; <br /> levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, <br /> tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll ; <br /> proviaing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of <br /> issue thereof. <br /> T L CITY OF LVLRraPi' JCi S ORDAI : <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll. of Local <br /> Improvement District No. 572 for the improvement of J'+alnut Street, <br /> ' from California Street to Lverett Avenue, by paving with a bituminous <br /> pavement ana concrete curbs and gutters including as a part of such <br /> work the installation of all needed surface drainage, construction <br /> or reconstruction of all sewers, siae sewers, water mains and <br /> hydrants with the necessary appurtenances, construction or recon- <br /> ' struction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, grading or regrading <br /> as may be necessary and doing all other work as may be necessary in <br /> 1 connection therewith to make a complete imorovement under Ordinance <br /> 11\o . 30S5 of the City of ,=verett, as the same now stands, be, and the <br /> same is hereby in ail things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be expecia <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against <br /> the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in <br /> proportion to the assessment appearing upon said rol"a, and that there <br /> is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel I <br /> of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount <br /> finally char ed against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the 1st day of MArch , 1u 47 , is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonus required to <br /> be issued on account of said: improvement. <br /> 1 � <br /> Section 4: ':That the City of :rver-ett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> i,ayor <br /> At est : <br /> , City Clerk <br /> Passed: January 7th, 1947. <br /> Published; Jan. 8th , 1947 • <br /> i i <br />
