. , ORDINANCE NO. 3098 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- ment roll of Local Improvement Listrice No. 567 for the improvement of Mc Dougall Avenue from 15th street to the North line of Hilton's Second Addition to Everett by grading to proper grade, installation of a Six inch water main, fire hydrant and necessary appurtenances, construction of concrete curbs and gutters, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement; Under Ordinance No. 3069 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on paid roll; prov- iding for the issuance of bonds therefor, anc fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 567 for the improvement of Mc Dougall Avenue from 15th Street to the Korth line of Hilton 's Second Addition to Everett by grading to proper grade, installation of a Six inch water main, fire hydrant and necessary appurtenances, construction of concrete curbs and gutters, installation of necessary drainage, and doln all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No 3069 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the F-7 day of December , 1946 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement.
