le. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 3091. <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending section 4 of Ordinance No. 2781 <br /> of the City of Everett, which Ordinance is entitled as follows: <br /> "An Ordinance establishing and creating a Planning <br /> Commission for the City of Everett, relating to the <br /> organization of such Planning Commission, prescribing <br /> and regulating the duties and powers of such Planning <br /> Commission; repealing Ordinance No. 2623and all other <br /> ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, <br /> and declaring an emergency, " <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2781, <br /> entitled as above set forth, be , and the sameis hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 4: The City Clerk of -verett shall be the <br /> Secretary of the Commission. The Commission shall elect its own <br /> Chairman ana create and fill such other offices as it may determine <br /> it requires. The Commission shall hold at least one regular <br /> meeting in each month for not less than nine months in each year. <br /> It shall adopt rules for transaction of business and shall keep <br /> a written record of its meetings , resolutions, transactions, find- <br /> ings and determinations, which record shall be a public record. <br /> Section 2 : That an emergency is hereby declared to <br /> exist and this Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> l,ayor <br /> Attest: <br /> r Clerk <br /> Passed: September 17th, 1946. <br /> Published: Sept . 20, 1946. <br />
