r J <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> 3035 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 563 for the <br /> improvement of 46th Street between Alger Avenue end College Avenue <br /> in College Hill Addition to ; verett , thence continue South along <br /> College Avenue to 47th Street, tnence Westerly along 47th Street <br /> to an intersection with the West line of Northwest ;uarter of <br /> Northeast uarter or Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township <br /> 29 North, Range 5 East W. Y. , by the installation of a six inch - <br /> water main and two fire hydrantsand their necessary appurtenances, <br /> and also providing for the improvement of Fowler Avenue from <br /> 46th Street to 47th Street by the installation of a two inch <br /> water pipe and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement Under Ordinance No. 3021 <br /> of the City of Everett ; levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or <br /> other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance <br /> of bonds therefor, and finding the date of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOLS ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local Improvement District No. 563 for the improvement of 46t$ <br /> Street between Alger Avenue and College Avenue in College Hill <br /> Addition to Everett , thence continue South along College Avenue <br /> to 47th Street, thence Westerly along 47th Street to an inter- <br /> section with the West line of Northwest ,uarter of Northeast <br /> Quarter of Southwest : uarter of Section 31, Township 29 North, <br /> Range 5 East W. M. , by the installation of a six inch water main <br /> and two fire hydrants and their necessary appurtenances, and <br /> also providing for the improvement of Fowler Avenue from 46th <br /> Street to 47th Street by the installation of a two inch water <br /> pipe and its necessary appurtenance; and doing all work necessar' <br /> to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 3021 of <br /> the City of Everett , as the same now stands, be , and the same <br /> is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and <br /> parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same , and that the assessment appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the assessment appearing <br /> upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot , tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against <br /> the same . <br /> Section 3: That the 20th day of September <br /> 1945, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said City. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> (,014 / / <br /> ;/ City Clerk <br /> Passed: July 31 , 1945 Publisned: August 1, 1945 . <br />
