ORDINANCE No. 36 .2- <br /> AN ORDINTCE approving end confirming the assessment <br /> end assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 562 for <br /> the improvement of ':;all Street from Rockefeller Avenue to Oakes <br /> Avenue by grading to proper grade , construction of Portland <br /> cement concrete pavement or by the construction of Bituminous pave <br /> ment with curds end gutters, installation of necessary drainage <br /> end doing Ell T ork necessary to make a complete improvement <br /> under Ordinance No. 3016 of the City of Everett ; levying en <br /> assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts <br /> end parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll ; <br /> providing for the issuance of bonds thereof, and fixing the date <br /> of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EERETT DOES ORDLIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local Improvement District Uo. 562 for the improvement of ';,all <br /> Street from Rockefeller .r.venue to Oakes avenue by grading to <br /> proper grade , construction of Portland cement concrete pavement <br /> or by the construction of ituminous pavement with curbs and <br /> gutters, installation of necessary drainage and doing all work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 301• <br /> of the City of Everett , as the same now stands, be, and the same <br /> is hereby in all things approved end confirmed . <br /> Section 2 : 'That each of the lots, tracts and <br /> parcels of land, or other property as shown by said roll, is <br /> hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improve- <br /> ment in at least the amount charged against the same, and that <br /> the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion <br /> to the assessment appearing upon said roll , and that there is <br /> hereby levied en assessment against each said lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land or other property appearing on said roll, <br /> in the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> *We <br /> Section 3: That the /7 day of 4.4- <br /> 1945, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said.
