ORDINANCE No. <br /> 3020. <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving end confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of the Local Tmprovement District No. 560 <br /> for the improvement of the alley between Colby ! venue end <br /> Hoyt Avenue from 25th Street to 26th Street by grading to <br /> proper grade, installation of necessary drainage end surfacing <br /> with bituminous plant mix, and doing all work necessary to make <br /> a complete improvement under 0: dinance No . 3011 of the City of <br /> Everett; evying en assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as <br /> shown on said roll ; providing; for the issuance of bonds <br /> therefor, and Finding the date of issue thereof. <br /> TEE CITY OF EVMETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: lhat the assessment and assessment rol <br /> of Local Improvement District No. 560 for the improvement of <br /> the alley between Colby 1,venue end hoyt Avenue from 25th Street <br /> to 26th Street by grading to proper grade , installation of <br /> necessary drainage and surfacing with bituminous plant mix, <br /> end doing all work in connection therewith to make a complete <br /> improvement under Ordinance No. 3011 of the City of Everett, <br /> as the same now stands, be , and the same is hereby in all thing- <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: Whet each of the lots, tracts end <br /> parcels of land, or other property as shown by said roll is <br /> hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement <br /> in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the <br /> assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the <br /> assessment appearing upon said roll , and that there is hereby <br /> levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of <br /> land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount <br /> finally charged against the same . <br /> Section 3 : That the 17t h^ day of January , <br /> 1945, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: That the City of Lverett may sell said <br /> bonds end make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said. city. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> e-41 <br /> city Clerk <br /> Passed: November 21, 1944. <br /> Published : November 22, 1944. <br />
