AN ORDINANCE providing for an improvement by the con- struction of a trunk sewer extending the 48" sewer now being construct- ed by the Housing Authority to the outfall in the Snohomish River. This will serve as the outfall portion of trunk sewer for all of the property - North of 15th Street in the City of Everett, Washington, having no sewer outlet, said sewer to be constructed along the following course, to-wit: Commencing at the Monument of Fine Street end Tenth Street, thence North 89° 33' 50" West for a distant e of 612 .62 feet, thence South 38° 50' 01" East for a distance of 43.27 feet , the point of $eginning of trunk sewer, thence continue South 3 8 50' 01" East for a distance of 304.85 feet, thence South 28° 51' 57" East f cr a distance of 394.71 feet, thence SOuth • 15° 14' 01" East for a distance of 379.25 feet, the nc e South 10° 14' East for a distance of 443.41 feet, thence Sontth 0° 8' West to 10 feet South of thecent er line of 14th Street and Pine Street, thence Easterly along 14th Street to a point 20 feet West of the center line of Maple Street, the nce Southerly along Maple Street to a point that is 21 feet South of the center line of 15th Street, thence Easterly from 15th Street to a point that is 25 feet Westerly of the center line of East Grand Avenue ; the nce Southeasterly al ong East Grand Avenue for distance of 291.65 feet to a manhole knavm as 0 00 ; thence continue along East Grand Avenue to Hayes Street, thence Easterly along H r e s Street to the Great Northern Railway right of way; thence con- tinue Easterly acorss railway tracks to Snohomish River, the end , known as Station 16 + 63.5; creating an enlarged a ssessrne nt district ; creating a local im- provement dis tri ct fund therefor ; providing that the payment of said improvement shall be me de by special a ssesaaent on the property in said district under the mode of pe yi nt by bonds for materials used , fixed estimate and all of her expo ses, except the portion of said improvement to be paid for by the Federal Housing Adriinis trati on. ;AREAS, by Resolution No. 4927 of the City of Everett the City Council hes dec1e red its intention to order the im- pr ovement a s above out line d, and doing all wo rk in c onne cti on the revrith to make a complete improvement , in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Everett.
