• <br /> ORDINANCE No. / <br /> AN ORDINLNOE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assess .ent roll of vocal Improvement District To. 558, for <br /> the improvement of Walnut Street, from Hewitt Avenue to center <br /> line of California Street by grading to proper grade , constructio <br /> of Portland concrete curbs and gutters, surfacing with 2" <br /> bituminous plant mix "F" , installation of necessary drainage , <br /> removal and replacing of broken sidewalks, and doing all other <br /> work necessary to make a complete improvement in accordance with <br /> a majority petition therefor, under Ordinance No . 2956 of the <br /> City of .verett , levying an assessment on account thereof <br /> against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other <br /> property, as shown on said roll, and providing for the issuance <br /> of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issuance thereof. <br /> TT E CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: what the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local Improvement District No. 558 for the improvement of <br /> Walnut Street, from Hewitt Avenue to center line of California <br /> Street by grading to proper grade, construction of Portland <br /> concrete curbs and gutters, surfacing with 2" bituminous plant <br /> mix "F" , installation of necessary drainage, removal and replacing <br /> of broken sidewalks and doing all other work necessary to make <br /> a complete improvement in accordance with a majority petition <br /> thereof, under Ordinance No. 2956 of the City of Everett , as <br /> the same now stands, be, and the sane is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcel - <br /> of land or other property as shown on said roll is hereby declare• <br /> to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the <br /> amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the assessments appearing <br /> upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against each lot , tract and parcel of land and other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the /2ef/ day of <br /> 19 S5 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds <br /> reduired �o be issued on account of said improvement . <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and mice payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> Ordinances of said City . <br /> IOW ail y. <br /> T Ta yor <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: / — `/ 3 <br /> Published: / - ® - �3 <br />
