<br /> of the City of Everett , entitled as follows:
<br /> "An ordinance relating to , and providing for, the
<br /> li censinr: end regulatinsg of certain occupy tions, busi-
<br /> nesses, vocations, trades, callings, amusements, places
<br /> of amusements, exhibitions, entertainment s, animals,
<br /> motor vehicles, places and establishments; defining
<br /> offenses, providing penalties; providing for the revoca-
<br /> tion and suspension of licenses, repealing Ordinances
<br /> No. 2196, 853, 1301, 1503 , 1583 , 1585, 1593 , 1598,
<br /> 1771, 1851, 1932, 1941, 1948, 1964, 2087, 2182, 2249 ,
<br /> 2333, 2370 and 2038, anu all other ordinances or Parts
<br /> of ordinances in c6nflict herewith, "
<br /> and declaring an emergency.
<br /> TIE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1: The t Section 99 of Ordinance No. 2513 ,
<br /> ent itled a s a. Jove set forth , be, and the same is hereby amended
<br /> to read as follows:
<br /> Section 99: For each and every circus, menagerie or
<br /> trained animal show exhibiting within the City of Everett, there
<br /> shall be paid for each exhibition day a. license fee as follovrs:
<br /> Three Dollars ( 3.00) for each and every motor truck
<br /> or trailer upon which such circus , menagerie or trained animal
<br /> show is transported, or Six Dollars (::6 .00) for each and every
<br /> railroad car or coach upon which such circus, menagerie or
<br /> train d animal show is transported, including stock cars, flat
<br /> cars, box cars, pa ssenger coaches, sleeping cars , or other
<br /> kind of conveyance, providing, however, thE. t the minimum fee
<br /> for any circus, menagerie or trained animal show shall be One
<br /> Hundred and Fifty Dollars (`;;150.00) . For each sideshow conducted
<br /> by such circus, for which a separate admission is charged ,
<br /> there shall be an additional license fee of Fifteen Dollars
<br /> ( 15.00) .
<br /> For any auto joy ride for children s5 .00 per month.
<br /> For a merry-go-round or a "Joy :'heel " Five Dollars ( -5.00 ) Der
<br /> day, for one day or any number of days less than a week.
<br /> Twenty-five Dollars ( ;25 .00 ) per week , not including the first day
<br /> of the week, coma only called Sunday . No license per day she ll
<br /> be granted for Sunday and it shall be unlawful to operate any
<br /> merry-go-round or "Joy .,heel" under a weekly license on Sunday .
