ORDII`IA.NCE No. <br /> Y n <br /> JN7 ORDIN, NCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement iiistrict No. 542 for the <br /> improvement of 35th Street fram bucker ::venue to Norton 1venue <br /> by grading and surfacing; with Three inch road mix, type "B" ; <br /> construction of concrete curbs and gutters, construction of <br /> concrete sidewalks on North side of 35th Street ; construction <br /> of concrete sidewalks on south side of 35th Street where not <br /> already in place ; installation of necessary drainage , and doing <br /> all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under <br /> Ordinance No. 2830 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment <br /> on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of lend, or other property, as shown on said roll, and providing <br /> for the issuance of bonds therefor , and fixing the date of the <br /> issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES OIDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment end assessment roll <br /> of :Local Improvement uistrict :o. 542 for the improvement of <br /> 35th street from hucker ;venue to Norton /Avenue by grading and <br /> surfacing with Three inch road nix, type"B" ; construction of <br /> concrete curbs and gutters , construction of concrete sidewalks <br /> on north side of 35th Street; construction of concrete sidewalks <br /> on South side of 35th street where not already in place; <br /> installation of necessary drainage , and doing all other work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement , under Ordinance No. <br /> 2830 of the Uity of Everett , as the same now stands, b e , and <br /> the same is hereby in all things approved end confirmed. <br /> Section 2 : That each of the lots , tracts and parcels <br /> of land, or other property, as shown on said roll, is hereby <br /> declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at <br /> least the amount charged against the same, and that the assess- <br /> ment appearing against the same is in proportion to the assess- <br /> ments appearing upon said roll , and that there is hereby levied <br /> an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of lend and <br /> other property appearing on said roll, in the amount finally <br /> charged against the sane thereon. <br /> Section 3: ` hat the '3 o day of d 6-1.). <br /> 1940, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said City . <br /> T_'���rOr <br /> 2Attest <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: i o % `1 o <br /> T'1.011 1 eliP,f1 •( O - q <br />
