r <br /> • <br /> ORDINAKCE No. <br /> 2851 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2730 of the City <br /> of Everett , entitled as follows: <br /> "AN ORDINANCE relating to the public health and <br /> providing for the inspection of animal meats intended <br /> for human consumption, regulating and licensing the <br /> preparation, handling and sale of such meats, defining <br /> offenses and prescribing penalties for the violation <br /> thereof, " <br /> by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 13, and declar- <br /> ing an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2730, entitled as <br /> above , be , and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a <br /> section to be known as Section 13 , which section shall read <br /> as follows: <br /> Section 13: From and after :Ta_nuary 1 , 1940, the <br /> meat shop license fee and the delicatessen store license fee , <br /> as provided in Section 2 of this ordinance , shall include the <br /> license fee for one meat salesman. <br /> Section 2 : yn emergency is declared to exist and <br /> this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> ay or <br /> Attest : <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: _ arch 12tn, 1'740. <br /> Published:Larch 13th, 1940 <br />
