1 ♦ r• A w * , • . • ORDINANCE NO. 2603 An Ordinance fixing and providing for the establishment of the grade on Paine Street in the City of Everett, beginning at a point one hundred (1.00) feet south of 39th street, thence south to the City Limits there- of, and declaring an emergency. ,rrIEREAS , the City Council of Everett has determined and hereby does determine that public necessity demands that the grade on Paine Street in said City , beginning at a point one hundred (100) feet south of 39th Street and thence south to the City Limits thereof, be established; N ow, Therefore , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the curb grades for a thirty (30) foot street on Paine Street, beginning at a point one hundred (100) feet south of the south margin of 39th Street and thence south to the City Limits of the City of Everett , be and the same hereby are established at the follow- ing elevations: At Station 100 feet south of the south margin of 39th Street , curb elevation 186 .25. At the north margin of 40th Street , curb elevation 190.00. At the south margin of 40th Street, curb elevation 191.00. At the intersection of Paine Street with the city limits' line , curb elevation 200.00. Section 2. Said grades shall run a uniform grade line between said described points on said Paine Street , and are elevations of said grade of said street , above the datum plane of the City of Everett , as estab- lished by Ordinance No. 101 of the said city. Section 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordi- nance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Mayor Attest: City Clerk Passed: February 28th, 1934.
