/1140/ visigaj ORDINANCE NO. 2303-98 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way Improvements (LID No. 733), Madison Street to Pecks Drive", Fund 701, Program 733, to accommodate all transactions for the special Improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2187-96. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to widening improvements to Evergreen Way from Madison Street to Pecks Drive; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett formed Local Improvement District (LID) No. 733 and identified the estimated assessments to accomplish the improvements programmed with the project; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of State, LID and City funds to accomplish all improvements programmed with this project; and NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 701, Program 733, entitled "Evergreen Way Improvements (LID No. 733), Madison Street to Pecks Drive" to accommodate all transactions for this special improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2187-96. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate revenues and costs, and distribute payments from Fund 701, Program 733, for all transactions of the special assessment project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $ 906,925.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 701, Program 733, "Evergreen Way Improvements (LID No. 733), Madison Street to Pecks Drive" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design and Right-of-Way $ 112,987 Construction $ 793,938 Total Improvement Costs $ 906.925
