4 ORDINANCE NO, 2456 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 485 for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by clearing, grubbing and grading to proper grade, construction of a concrete sidewalk, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2400 of the City of Everett, levying an as- sessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the is- suance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 485 for the improvement of Rain- ier Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by clearing, grub.. bing and grading to proper grade, construction of a concrete sidewalk, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete im- provement under Ordinance No.2400 of the City of Everett, as the same tow stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, Section 2: That ,each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other proper- ty appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
