7 <br /> r - <br /> 2449 <br /> (PDI,...,.ANCE NO. <br /> 1 ordinance regulating public billiard rooms , pool rooms , and <br /> card rooms , and any place of entertainment injurious to health or <br /> morals , providing for the closing of the same , prohibi4ing persons <br /> under twenty-one years of age from entering or loitering; in or about <br /> or oleyin in such places , providing a penalty for the violation <br /> thereof , repealing Ordinance No'. 1667 and all ordinances or parts <br /> thereof inconflict herewith, <br /> CITY OF :',VERETT DOES ORD4=: <br /> Section 1 : "hat it shall be unlawful for any person owning, <br /> managing, or having control of any public billiard room, pool room, <br /> or card room, or any place of entertainment injurious to health or <br /> morals , to allow or permit any person under the age of twenty-one <br /> vo,e s , nether as employe , visitor, or patron, to enter or to loiter <br /> in or about or to play billiards, pool or cards in suc',_ nlace. <br /> ;section 2 : 'het it shall be unlawful for any person znd er <br /> twenty-one years of age to enter, or to loiter in or about or play' <br /> billiard:. , pool or cards in any public billiard room, pool room or <br /> card room. <br /> Section 3 That it shall be unlawful for any person, ownin.n, <br /> managing or having control of any public pool room, billiard room <br /> or card room to ' eep the same open, or to permit the same to be kept <br /> open between the he rs of twelve o 'clock midnight end seven o 'clock <br /> L.
