AD <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 444 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No, 490 for the <br /> improvement of McDougall Avenue, from 15th Street ,to 16th Street, <br /> by grading, construction of concrete sidewalks, also slagging <br /> a strip 16 feet wide, construction of concrete curbs and gutters <br /> at the intersection of 16th Street, installation of necessary <br /> drainage, and doing all other work in connection therewith to <br /> make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2434 of the City <br /> of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, <br /> providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date <br /> of issuance thereof, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District to. 490 for the improvement of Mc- <br /> Dougall Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, by grading, <br /> construction of concrete sidewalks, also slagging a strip 16 <br /> feet wide, construction of concrete curbs and gutters at the <br /> intersection of 16th Street, installation of necessary drain- <br /> age, and doing all other work in connection therewith to make <br /> a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2434 of the City of <br /> Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in <br /> all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to <br /> be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- <br /> ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ape <br /> pearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assess- <br />
