r • ORDINANCE NO. 2438 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 489, for the improvement of of Norton Avenue Extension, from the monument line of 14th Street to a point 1433. 5 feet southerly therefrom, by the installation of water mains and their necessary appurten- ances, and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2421 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the d ate of issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 489 for the improvement of the Norton Avenue Extension, from the monument line of 14th Street to a ,oint 1433.5 feet southerly therefrom, by the installation of water mains and their necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2421 of the City of Everett, as the same now "stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appeasing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- \ pearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property ap- pearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against th6._same thereon.
