. <br /> ORDINANCE NO 2435 <br /> An Ordinance providing for the establishment of the grade <br /> of the alley between Tulalip k.ve. , and Bell Ave. , running from <br /> the south line of 34th Street to the north line of 35th Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined that <br /> public necessity demands that the grade of the alley between <br /> Tulalip Ave. , and Bell Ave. , running from the south line of <br /> 34th Street to the north line of 35th Street be established, <br /> now therefore, <br /> THE CITY OF E1lERETT DOES ORDAIN:- <br /> Section 1: That the grade of the alley between Tulalip <br /> Ave. , and Bell Ave. , running from the south line of 34th Street <br /> to the north line of 35th Street be established at the following <br /> elevations: <br /> Station 0 + 00 the south line of 34th Se. , both property <br /> lines elevation 283.4, thence running on a straight grade to <br /> Station 4 + 79.31 the north line of 35th Street, both property <br /> lines elevation 359.0. <br /> Section 2: The elevations established in this ordinance <br /> are the number of feet mentioned above the datum plane of the <br /> City of Everett as established by Ordinance No. 101 of said city. <br /> A-21— <br /> Mayor <br /> Passed the City Council the 16th day of April 1929 <br /> xttes •-- _ �� <br /> City Clerft <br /> Published: April 18th asc_l ice., 1929 . <br />
