As allowed per Section 2, Contract Time, of Contract #2022-074, the City extends the contract <br />for one year. This shall be the 2nd contractual year (1st option period), in which the term of the <br />renewal period will be from 1/5/2024 to 1/5/2025. <br />2. As allowed per Section 2.21, Pricing Adjustments, of RFP #2022-074, pricing shall increase <br />as shown in the attached Appendix A. <br /> <br />By signing below, City of Everett and the Contractor agree that the Contract shall be changed to the extent described in <br />the above “Description of Change.” This Change Order/Amendment only changes the contract between City of Everett <br />and the Contractor to the extent explicitly provided in this Change Order/Amendment.
