The City was granted supplemental training funds in the amount of $10,888.98 in <br />2023 per the City’s application for use in the calendar year 2023. The remainder of the supplemental <br />training funds awarded in 2023 for the 2022-2023 cycle (approximately $4,566.86) may be spent in the <br />year 2024 for public defense training purposes. <br />The Washington State Office of Public Defense and Grantee, as defined above, acknowledge and accept <br />the change described in section 7 of this Amendment.
