• • • ORDINAL10E 70. 2430 An Ordinanceemproving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Iflprovement District No. 486 for the improvm -,nt of Kromer Avenue, from 33rd Street to 35th Street, by grading and installation of curbs on both sides of Kromer and constructionof sidewalk on the ec'st side of Zromer AVG11115 , also slagging Kromer Avenue 10 feet wide in the center, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work, necessary to make a com'elete improvement under Ordinance No. 2401 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY 07 EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of lo- cal im,rovement District No. 486, for the improvement of Kromer Avenue, from 33rd 3treet to 35th Street, by grading and install- ation of curbs on both sides of Kromer and construction of side- walk on the east side of Krdmer Avenue, also slagging Kromer Lye- nue 10 feet 7ide in the center, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection there- with to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2401 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in 'fEll things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and -carcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged ag -inst the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments , appearing upon e aid roll, and there is hereby levied an as- sessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged
