Ordinance No. 2426 • An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and asses imeet roll of Local ImProvement District No.487 for the improvement of the 14th Street Trestle,, from a point 1085 feet t-.'e t of Norton Avenue Extension right-of-way to a point 120 feet beyond the end of the presef:t trestle roadway, by the re- moval of old lumber, placing new piles, caps, sway braces, string- ers, decking and handrail where necessary, making necessary wa- ter main char:es and doing all other work necessary in connec- tion therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2405 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on ac- count thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof.
