• ORDINANCE NO. 2420 . An ©rdthance authorizing the sale to E. Geyer and A. Evoy, for the sum of four hundred dollars ( 400.00), of the following described property belonging to the city of Everett, to-wit; Commencing at the northwest corner of Ferguson's Acre Tracts to the City of Snohomish; thence west to the center of Ave. nue D; thence northerly along Avenue D. projected (or the County Road) six hundred (600) feet to the true point of be- ginning; thence east three hundred thirty (330) feet ; thence north one hundred (100) feet; thence west three hundred thir- ty (330) feet; thence south one hundred (100) feet to the ' true point of beginning, being a part of Lot Five (5) of Sec- tion Seven (7), in Township Twenty-eight (28), North, of Range Six (6) ,Fo . M.
