• ORDINANCE NO. 2416 • An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 471 for the improvement of the alley between Colby and Wetmore Avenues, from 25th Street to Everett Avenue, by the construc- tion of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances; also by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a six-inch Portland cement one course concrete pavement full width, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other t-;ork on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement tinder Ordinance No. 2375 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, pro- viding for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 471 for the improvement of the alley between Colby and Wetmore Avenues, from 25th Street to Everett Avenue, by the construction of a sewer and its neces- sary appurtenances; also by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a six-inch Portland cement one course concrete pavement, full width, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2375 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the ' amount charged against the same, and that the assessment ap-
