ORDINANCE NO. An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hoyt Avenue, from 41st Street to the north line of 42nd Street, by the installation of water mains and their necessary ap- purtenances, and doing all other work in connection there- with to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 342Z of the city of Everett, creating an as- sessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district by the method of payment by bonds , dividing said district into a direct benefit district and an indirect benefit district, repealing Ordinance No. 2394, and declaring an emergency. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3422 of the city of Ever., ett, the City C.Juncil of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of Hoyt Avenue, from 41st Street to the north line of 42nd Street, by the installation of water mains and their necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Hoyt Avenue, from 41st Street to the north line of 42nd Street, be improved by the installation of water mains and their necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are here- by adopted and approved.
