40 <br /> 410 <br /> • <br /> 410 r_ <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2- 1;4/-2-, <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of both sides <br /> of Hewitt Avenue, from Rucker to Broadway, both sides of Ruck- <br /> er Avenue, from Pacific to Hewitt, north side of Wall Street, <br /> from Hoyt to Colby, both sides of Colby Avenue, from Wail to <br /> Everett, both sides of Wetmore from Hewitt to California, Both <br /> sides of Rockefeller, from Wall to California, by trenching, <br /> laying of cable, resurfacing, laying conduit wherenecessary, <br /> installing posts and light units and all other materials, and <br /> doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make <br /> lighting <br /> a complete/improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. <br /> 3432 of the City of Everett; creating an assessment ,district; <br /> creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; providing <br /> that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the <br /> property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3432 of the City of Everett, <br /> the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to or- <br /> der the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work <br /> necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- <br /> ment in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by <br /> the City Engineer; now, therefore, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That both sides of Hewitt Avenue, from Ruck- <br /> er to Broadway, both sides of Rucker Avenue, from Pacific to <br /> Hewitt, north side of Wall Street, from Hoyt to Colby, both <br /> sides of Colby Avenue, from Wall to Everett, both sides of <br /> Wetmore, from Hewitt to California, both sides of Rockefeller <br /> Avenue, from Wall to California, be improved by trenching, <br /> laying of cable, resurfacing, laying conduit where necessary, <br /> installing posts and light units, and all other materials, and <br />
