t `,J ORDINANCE NO. 2409 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 474 for the improvement of Hill Street, from 32nd to 34th, by the in- stallation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurtenan- ces; also Cedar Street, from 34th Street north, by the instal- lation of a 2-inch water main and to connect with the present 2-inch water main, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2378 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 474 for the improvement of Hill Street, from 32nd to 34th, by the installation of a 6-inch wa- ter main and its necessary appurtenances; also Cedar Street, from 34th Street north, by the installation of a 2-inch water main and to connect with the present 2-inch water main, and do- ing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2378 of the city of Ev- erett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the , amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assess- ments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and oth-
