r ORDINANCE NO. 2408 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 473 for the improvement of East Grand Avenue, from 9th Street to the city limits, by clearing and grading a strip 20 feet wide and slagging a strip 10 feet wide, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2377 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District J0. 473 for the improvement of East Grand Avenue, from 9th Street to the city limits, by clearing and grading a strip 20 feet wide and slagging a strip 10 feet wide, and doing all other work necessary in conned tion therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2377 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other pro- perty appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against r the same thereon.
