In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br /> 1. Please provide parking calculations demonstrating the off-street parking requirements will be met. The <br /> proposed plans eliminate one existing parking space and 2 new parking spaces are required for the live/work <br /> units (1 for each unit per Table 34-1). <br /> The permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any <br /> revised documents/plans. These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible <br /> requirements from other departments.
