WHEREAS, the owners of More than two-thirds (2/;5) of the private property abutting upon the street and alley herein sought to be vacated, duly filed their petition with the city council of the city of Everett praying for the vacation of said street and alley; and WHEREAS, the city council of said city did, by resolu- tion duly adopted, fix the 30th day of March, 1928, at the hour of 10:30 o' clock A. 7. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and WE:REA3, due and legal notice of the time and place of the hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the city clerk of said city as required by law; and W7ERE3, at the tine and place fixed for said hearing no person appeared or objected and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition; and WHEREAS, it appearing to the city council, that said pe- tition should 'be granted, the said city council does hereby de- termine to vacate said portion of said street and alley, now therefore; THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDATT7: Section 1: That all that part of the East half of Spruce Street, from the south line of Pacific Avenue to the north line of 32nd Street, and the a_ley in Block 748, Everett Land 00. 2 First, Addition to _Everett, be and the same is hereby vacted and , the title to the land in said porti n of said alley and Oreet • ,
