i V ORDINANCE NO. 2351 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 463 for the improvement of Rockefeller Avenue, from 35th Street to 38th Street, by the installation of a 6-inch water main and its ne- cessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2324 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 463 for the improvement of Rock- efeller Avenue, from 35th Street to 38th Street, by the instal- lation of a 6-inch water main and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2324 of the ci- ty of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is here- by in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: :hat each of the lots , tracts and parcels of r land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assess- ments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and oth- er property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally char- ged against the same thereon.
